Justin Pierre James Trudeau is a Canadian politician who has been Prime Minister of Canada since 2015, 23rd time since the Southern Union, and Liberal Party Leader since 2013. Trudeau is the second young Prime Minister. in Canadian history; he was also the first to be the child or other relative of a former incumbent, as the eldest son of Pierre Trudeau. Born in Ottawa, Trudeau attended Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, obtained a bachelor's degree in literature from McGill University in 1994, and then obtained a bachelor's degree in education from the University of British Columbia in 1998. After graduation, he taught high school French, humanities, math and drama in Vancouver.

In 2015, he was elected as the Prime Minister of Canada. He previously served in parliament from Papineau, rising to become the country's Liberal Party's leader in 2013.
